Glow Inn Siem Reap

The hotel has everything needed. We stayed for 3 nights. There's a swimming pool and an outside area very nice. The room was clean and, if required, they can clean it everyday. The staff has always been friendly, available and very kind. We enjoyed our time here! The location was central and close to the main attractions (3mins walking)

It certainly offers value for money and is very close to Pub Street, the night markets and other streets for many food choices and drinking choices if you're into that. Reception staff are very friendly but outside of reception the level of English spoken is low. The restaurant staff for example (excluding the gentleman on breakfast) have a very low level of English which for a hotel with international clients is poor I would suggest.

The reception staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the pool was super clean.

We visited many hotels in search of a good pool and a cozy hotel. This option is the best of all. I recommend taking a studio with a view of the pool, you will not regret it. I paid $ 20 - it is worth it. It was so good here that we extended it for another 9 nights.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with everything. They organized all of our trips to the temples and were always polite. The rooms are simple but clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is very good, just a few steps away from Pub Street but not right in the middle of it so you can still enjoy a calm(ish) atmosphere. Of course, you can hear the music from the bars around but also the best restaurants are very close by in walking distance. Breakfast is always made fresh and one has three options to choose from (sweet breakfast, fried noodles/rice or eggs, ham and toast). I also booked a massage that they do in your room which I highly recommend as well.
